“NextStepUP” is a quarterly grant awarded student(s) age 16-21 that builds the most creative community-improvement oriented business plans and put them into action. Students submit plans via 3-minute uploaded videos. Quarterly the top three plans (as selected by business and community leaders) are posted. “Registered” members of the Nextvoice247 community vote for the most comprehensive, creative, and actionable plan that represents the manifesto of Nextvoice247. Each winner receives seed funds to support their plan and a scholarship grant. Once the plan has been implemented the student(s) are featured on the site as an emerging leader.
